wingwave®

The wingwave® method is a performance and emotion coaching method that allows the client to noticeably and quickly reduce anxiety and performance stress and increase creativity, mental fitness and conflict stability in just a few sessions.

Various studies have shown that wingwave® measurably increases physical and mental performance and has a lasting calming effect on stress memory.

In my practice, I also use this effective coaching method for professional conflicts, for professional reorientation and for activating one's own potential resources.

  • The 3 elements of wingwave®

wingwave® is based on three well-known elements of recognized psychological research: Bilateral hemisphere stimulation This simulates the REM sleep phase, which is so important for processing emotions. During the REM phase, we dream and process previous experiences. These can be current events, but also those deeply rooted in our past life story. During coaching, this REM phase is simulated by quickly moving the eyes back and forth from right to left, and "stuck negative cognitions" are processed. Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) NLP combines conversational, behavioral, hypno-, and body-oriented approaches. Our thoughts, feelings, and behavior are systematically changed through language. Myostatic test The myostatic test is a muscle test of the hands. The client forms a tight ring of muscle between their thumb and index finger. Due to the connection between our hands and the motor and neural control in the cerebrum, we can determine your mental stress level. We detect this through specific questions in conjunction with the attempt to open this muscle ring. In the myostatic test, the muscles respond even before conscious thought.
  • How does a wingwave® treatment work?

First, we'll discuss your coaching topic and what's causing you stress in your life. Once we've identified a specific situation, I'll use a myostatic test to determine whether this situation is truly causing you stress or whether another issue or feeling is behind it. Now the actual intervention begins: while you follow my fingers with your eyes as they move from right to left, think intensely about your stress issue. In this way, we'll gradually resolve all the stress triggers we can identify.

  • Who does wingwave® work for?

    • For people with fear of flying, fear of exams, fear of public speaking, fear of the dentist, fear of the unknown, fear of elevators, animals, death, etc. • For people with relationship problems • For people with feelings of shame or guilt • For people with emotional blocks • For learning blocks in matters of training, school, university • Etc. wingwave - Coaching is used successfully in the areas of business, competitive sports, pedagogy, didactics, health and in artistic circles.

  • How often do the wingwave® coaching sessions need to be repeated?

Experience has shown that the cause of stress is eliminated after approximately 3-5 coaching sessions. However, for some clients, this could be resolved in just one session.

  • What is the cost range for this treatment?

The fee is calculated based on the time required for my treatment. I charge €95 per hour. Each additional hour is billed pro rata. If multiple treatments are required and long-term therapy is planned, I will work with you beforehand to create a cost estimate that outlines the individual and total costs.
