Since 2012 I have discovered my personal passion for yoga and in 2014 I completed my training as a yoga teacher in the country of origin of yoga in India, at the Ajarya Yoga Academy in Rishikesh, made. Since then, I have been teaching my yoga classes regularly with whole heart and enthusiasm.

  • Are the yoga classes also suitable for beginners?

    Yes, all courses are designed to be suitable for both beginners and advanced yogis.

  • What type of yoga do you offer?

    In my yoga practice, I offer Hatha yoga classes that incorporate elements from Yin Yoga and Ashtangha Yoga. Each class begins with an energy meditation and ends with a relaxation meditation. In my PSI yoga classes, I connect the yoga exercises with the psychological themes inherent in each asana.
